The period of performance is 15 September 2021 – 14 September 2022 with four one-year option periods. Update: Offerors shall document any assumptions made with regard to site conditions if material to the proposed price. In the event site conditions vary from the assumed conditions, only those price factor identified as assumptions may be negotiated after award.
