The purpose of this RFI is to obtain market information and assess industry capabilities to help the 771st Enterprise Sourcing Squadron (ESS) formulate an enterprise acquisition strategy for Advisory and Assistance Services (A&AS) for the Air Force Medical Readiness Agency (AFMRA). AFMRA A&AS's objectives are to: (a) provide A&AS for all Product Service Codes (PSC) related to Category 2.0 identified in the Defense Department Category Management Structure (https://www.acq.osd.mil/dpap/ss/index.html) pursuant to AFMRA's mission needs; (b) directly and indirectly support its mission; (c) provide management or professional support or aid in policy development. This RFI shall not be construed as a formal solicitation, request for quote or an obligation on the part of the Government to acquire any product or service. Responses to this RFI are not offers or quotes and will not be accepted by the Government to form a Blanket Purchase Agreement, delivery order, or binding contract of any nature. Participants are advised that only U.S. Government Contracting Officers are legally authorized to commit the Government to the obligation of funds. An RFI does not guarantee a solicitation will be issued. Submission of any information in response to this RFI is completely voluntary and costs associated with any submission shall not be reimbursed by the Government. The Government will not respond to or conduct formal debriefings to businesses as part of this RFI. All information received in response to this RFI that is marked proprietary will be handled accordingly. The Government shall not be liable for or suffer any consequential damages for any proprietary information not properly identified. Proprietary information will be safeguarded in accordance with the applicable Government regulations. Proprietary information or trade secrets should be clearly identified and marked. Please monitor Federal Business Opportunities (FBO.gov) or General Service Schedule (GSA) Advantage for future information pertaining to this potential requirement. This RFI uses a survey web site supported by a third-party commercial entity to gather the responses. The Government does not control the third-party's access to the responses; therefore, cannot assure that the responses will be kept completely within Government control. While we do not expect to receive sensitive information in the responses, please consider your responses with best interest to the government.
