SEE SOW DATED 31 MARCH 2021 The contractor shall: Provide the following support services for 4TH FIGHTER WING, (HOWEVER, LOCATIONS ARE AT HURLBURT FIELD AFB , EGLIN AFB, TYNDAL AFB, AND Naval Outlying Landing Field Choctaw) between the dates of 27 April 2021 and 6 May 2021. Contractor will have facilities in place by 1200 EST on 26 April. Removal will occur on 7 May 2021 by 1200 EST 1. Shower trailer or trailers with a minimum of 16 stalls. Trailer or trailers need to be able to separate genders for 12 male stalls and 4 female stalls. Units need to be equipped with a water tank supply large enough to support up to 300 people and a provided gray water tank for wastewater collection. The unit needs to be cleaned and emptied once a day. 2. 30x porta johns cleaned 1x daily 3. 15x foot pump handwashing stations. Stations needs to be cleaned and stocked 1x daily. 4. 10x Diesel powered 4x1000W light carts. 5. 1x diesel powered water truck. The truck must have a capacity of 2000 gallons minimum and be under 26,001 lbs GVWR. Truck must come equipped with an automatic transmission and have a 2” diameter intake and 2” diameter discharge. 6. 2x “bear proof” 10 yard dumpsters, emptied 1x (upon pickup) PLEASE SEE "LOCATIONS" ATTACHEMENT FOR WHERE EQUIPMENT IS TO BE SET UP.
