This is NOT a Request for Quote/Proposal (RFQ/RFP), and the Government is not responsible for any costs incurred to respond to this RFI. This is simply the Governments attempt to receive industry feedback to better solidify future requirements. There is currently no anticipated date that a formal solicitation will be issued on any future contract(s) for Custodial Services, however the Government is developing an acquisition strategy and your responses to this RFI could directly impact the success of the future solicitation/contract. The Government requests that offerors respond to this RFI and provide the following information on Company Letterhead (via Adobe PDF or Word if possible): 1. Company Name 2. Company Cage Code 3. Company Address 4. Company Point of Contact (POC) - Please provide at least two POCs for your company (names, phone numbers AND email addresses) 5. A statement on if your company would be interested in bidding on future Custodial Service solicitations for Edwards AFB or not. If you are not interested in future efforts, please indicate why 6. If you stated you are interested in #5 above, then please provide a list of on-going or previous contracts your company holds/held (preferably with the Federal Government if possible) that are of similar complexity and size of the current contract (shown in the attached PWS) at Edwards AFB, and similarly to the future effort that this RFI would lead to. Please include a POC for whatever contracts your reference (name, phone and email), and only list those contracts that would show similarities to the services currently provided at Edwards AFB. If your company have no current or prior contracts of similar complexity/size to the attached PWS, please state so and provide what information you can on other contracts your company hold(s)/held 7. A written review of the attached Draft PWS. This review should address two main points, in addition to any others your company deems applicable or value added. Those main points are outlined in the two sub-sections below: 7.1 - Would your company prefer a contract structure as shown in the attached PWS where pricing is based on square footage of buildings/facilities and adjusted periodically, or would you prefer a contract structure/PWS where pricing is based on number of buildings/facilities and is adjusted say yearly? Or would you propose another method/structure all together from either of those? Please provide rationale and support for your response 7.2 - Based on your experience, what item(s) would you propose changes to in the attached PWS, if any? Your response could include suggested additions, subtractions, etc. What could your company recommend to make the future PWS more solidified and efficient? Any questions or concerns should likewise be submitted to the two email addresses noted above only, as phone calls are not permitted. Questions regarding this RFI or the attached PWS are permitted, however questions regarding the future solicitation for Custodial Services will not be entertained or responded to. Questions or submissions to this RFI that are received after the closing date/time may not be considered by the Government.
