SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE Grease Trap Cleaning Services - Edwards AFB, CA A012109 The Air Force Test Center (AFTC) is publicizing this Sources Sought Notice in an effort to gather industry information in regards to a Grease Trap Cleaning Services at Edwards AFB. The Government is seeking to identify qualified, experienced, and interested firms, who can perform grease trap cleaning and related services in accordance with our "Draft" Performance Work Statement (PWS) dated 01 OCT 2020. Contractor(s) will be required to furnish all labor, materials, supplies, equipment, transportation, engineering and/or technical design and personnel necessary to manage and accomplish projects as described in the PWS, and in accordance with applicable federal, state and local safety and environmental regulations. It is anticipated that the Grease Trap Cleaning Services will be a five year, Firm Fixed-Price Indefinate Delivery Indefinate Quantity (FAR 16.5) or Options (FAR 17.2) type contract. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) number for this effort is 562998 - All Other Miscellaneous Waste Management Services. The PSC is S222. Capability Statements shall be limited to no more than five pages and shall clearly state the following: Capability in grease trap cleaning services, used cooking oil recycling services, grease trap equipment maintenance and repair services. In addition, provide/answer the following: (1) Company name, address, point(s) of contact, title, telephone number, fax number, email address, Cage Code and DUNS number; (2) Company's business size, to include number of employees; (3) Company's socioeconomic status to include, but not limited to: 8(a), SDB, and WOSB, SDVOSB. THERE IS NO SOLICITATION AT THIS TIME. This request for capability information does not constitute a request for proposal (RFP); submission of any information in response to this market survey is purely voluntary; the Government assumes no financial responsibility for any costs incurred. Any future solicitation will be made available only on beta.SAM.gov Contract Opportunities (beta.sam.gov). Therefore, interested parties are solely responsible for monitoring the aforementioned website for the release of a solicitation package and/or any updates to include amendments. Telephone inquiries will not be accepted or acknowledged at this time, and no feedback or evaluations will be provided to companies regarding their submissions.
