The 11th Contracting Squadron located on Joint Base Andrews (JBA), MD intends to award a competitive Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) contract for the Repair of Roof, Doors, and HVAC at Building 3282 located on Joint Base Andrews, Maryland, 20762. The contractor is expected to provide all engineering, labor, equipment, supervision, and effort necessary to renovate the HVAC systems, repair roof and doors for B3282 in accordance with the specifications and contract terms and conditions. In accordance with FAR 36.204, the magnitude of this project is between $500,000 and $1,000,000. The Period of Performance is 180 calendar days. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this project is 236220. Product Service Code (PSC) is Z2AA. The Business Size Standard is $36.5M.
