If you need sponsored on base you should arrive at least 15 mins early. The 71st SFS is seeking to purchase a Video Management System and Additional Surveillance Cameras. This work will be conducted at Vance Airforce Base in Enid, OK 73705. Statement of Objectives detailing materials and installation are attached. ASRC Federal nor the Government will be obligated to pay for any quotes. An award will be based upon available of government funding for this project. All quotes and questions will need to be emailed to betty.kliewer.ctr@us.af.mil. No late notices will be considered. ASRC Federal is the purchasing agent for the goverment at Vance AFB and therefore additional forms are attached and will need to be completed and emailed back before an PO will be processed. The awardee will also need to supply a Certificate of Liability Insurance. The holder will need to be ASRC Federal, 400 Young Rd, Enid, OK 73705.
