Addendum #1 Attached Questions and Answers The 71st Installation Squardron support at Vance AFB, OK, is seeking to upgrade the Communications Manager (CM) Avaya to CM8 in accordance with the "Performance of Work Statement" at attachment. 1. Any interested vendor must be certified to perform work on Avaya equipment/systems. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commerical products/services prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) subpart 12.6, "Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Items," as supllemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes this solicitation is a Request for Quotation (RFQ). Instructions to Quoters 1. All technical responses to this Performance Work Statement shall clearly describe in sufficient detail their technical approach in fulfilling the requirements identified in the PWS. 2. Quoters shall list the prices for all labor, materials and other costs including equipment, supplies, travel and freight. 3. Quoters shall provide any waranties with their quote. 4. Quoters shall submit their quotes solely via email to betty.kliewer.ctr@us.af.mil. 5. Quote transmission must be completed by 03:00 p.m. Central Time on 08/22/2022. 6. Questions are required to be submitted by the deadlines posted within the solicitation to the email listed, betty.kliewer.ctr@us.af.mil. Late submission shall be treated in accordance with the solicitation provision at FAR 52.212-1(f). Please Note: 1. The Government/AFFS will evaluate quotes on a lowest price, technically acceptable basis. Quotes will be determined to be unacceptable or acceptable based on their ability to deliver equipment specified in the PWS. AFFS will make an award to the responsible quoter, with the lowest priced response that is considered technically acceptable. 2. The evaluation of responses to this RFQ will be conducted solely based on the written information submitted. All quotes received in response to the RFQ will be ranked from lowest to highest based on the total evaluated price. The Government/AFFS will then identify the response with the lowest price and evaluate it for technical acceptability. If this response is deemed technically acceptable, then an Purchase Order will be awarded to that Quoter. If the response is deemed technically unacceptable, then the Quotor's response with the next lowest price will be evalutated for technical acceptability. This evaluation process shall continue until a technically acceptable quote is identified. Neither the government nor ASRC Federal Field Services, LLC will be obligated any cost for obtaining any RFQ's. Note: An award will be based on governement funding available. AFFS will not be liable for cost of this project if funding has not been approved.
