If you need something emailed to you please let me know through email. This is a combined solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the Statement of Work in attachments. This announcement and/or written solicitation A00191-A03E-BK is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through PR-TMP-18 General Terms and Conditions Commercial Items Template Rev 07. This action will result in a Firm Fixed Price FFP purchase order, utilizing simplified acquisition procedures under Full and Open Competition After Exclustions of Sources. AWARD WILL BE BASED UPON FUNDING APPROVED BY GOVERNMENT. AFFS or Government will not be held liable under any contract if funds are not approved. If/When Funding is approved it will be based on Lowest Price Technically Acceptable - Offers will be ranked lowest to highest according to price. A price analysis will be conducted to determine wheather the lowest price will result from a single award. Requirement is for the Flightlince Camera System; see Attachment 1 Performance Work Statement for further details. Normal work hours would be M-F, 0730-1630 with very little disruption in current flying hours. Location of work is at the main Tower at Vance AFB Airfield. Period of Performance is 1 Oct 21 - 30 Sep 22. Site visit is scheduled 1/20/22. Time will be announced at a later date determined on interested inquiries. No further site visits will be scheduled for this project. Also included in attachments are required vendor forms that will need to be completed before an award is made. At the time of award, the Vendor will need to provide a copy of their Certificate of Insurance with the holder made out to ASRC Federal; 400 Young Rd, Bldg 200, Enid, OK 73705 prior to work to begin.
