This is an Invitation for Bid (IFB) that offers hazardous material (HM) for sale. 9140DSMIXFUEL Used Fuels. Including JP-5, JP-8, diesel, and other aviation fuels contaminated with foreign materials including trace amounts of water. Estimated average monthly generation is 2,250 gallons. Japan Environmental Governing Standards (JEGS) apply. This product is being offered for sale for recycling or as a heating supplement only and not for use as its original intended purpose. This oil may contain tricresyl phosphate which produces paralysis if taken internally. It should not be used for medicinal or food products. Also, containers for these synthetic fluids should not be used as containers for food. The property may or may not be authorized for export from the country of Japan. Purchaser is solely responsible for obtaining required clearances and approvals from the appropriate government officials within Japan. Water in fuel/oil removed in a Purchaser’s tank truck may contain no more than 10% water. The water is included in the sale and total quantity (gallons) removed. Measure of excess water is acceptable to the Purchaser and the Government.
