RFTPs are requested from interested parties/individuals as part one of a two part process. It is an unpriced proposal, DO NOT SUBMIT A BID. The due date of the RFTP will not be extended. The Invitation For Bid is a DRAFT, minor changes may be required before a final IFB is offered to those with an acceptable proposal. THIS IS NOT A SERVICE CONTRACT
