**This is the official Pre?solicitation/Synopsis for the subject project. Date: 3 August 2021 The 673d Contracting Squadron is contemplating a construction award for repair of multiple fences IAW attached Draft SOW. This project will repair the fences at the stated locations. Work Task 9768142 location is at/near Bld 15432, Work Task 9765821 location is at/near Government Hill gate, Work Task 9651429 location is at/near Bld 15384, Work Task 9376753 location is at/near Bld 765, Work Task 9457003 location is at/near Bld 778, Work Task 9326702 location is at/near Bld 756, Work Task 7546848 location is at/near Bld 55808, WT 9792096 location is on/near Gibson Ave HVAC storage yard south of Bld 4917. All Work Tasks shall be completed as a routine requirement, on Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson, Alaska. Project hours are standard work hours 0700- 1700. IAW FAR 36.204(b), Disclosure of Magnitude of Construction Projects, the estimated price range of this project is between $25,000 and $100,000. NAICS: 236220 Commercial and Institutional Building Construction PSC/FSC: Z2PZ Repair or Alteration of Other Non-Building Facilities Size Standard: $39,500,000. Any prospective sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the agency. The solicitation package will be available only through Electronic Posting System (EPS) and is anticipated to be posted on or about 20 August 2021 on the SAM.gov web page. All proposals will be due on or about 30 August 2021. A site visit is anticipated for 24 August 2021. Paper copies and paper proposals will not be accepted. Once the solicitation is posted, it will then become the responsibility of the interested parties to review this site frequently for any updates/amendments to any and all documents. Any prospective contractor must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) in order to be eligible for award. To be considered, responsive offerors must register in SAM at https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM/ before submitting an offer.
