The p... Added Q&A attachment & Solicitation. The purpose of this amendment is to post the answers to the questions from the contractors that attended to site visit. Their are also three new attachments. The purpose of this update is to reschedule the Site visit from 9 March 22 to 10 March 22, at 10:00 am. We will begin at Building 726 (QuarterMaster Laundry) Fort Richardson. Address: 726 QuarterMaster Drive Then proceed to Bldg 9361 (Snow Barn) Elmendorf AFB. If you need to be signed on to Base I will meet you between 915am - 940 am at the Fort Richardson Visitor Center. 1) Building 726: Abate approximately 1300 square feet of asbestos containing vinyl tile and mastic down to bare concrete in bldg. 726’s breakroom and hallway. 2) Building 9361: Remove approximately 1000 SF of flooring materials and mastic that may consist of, or be a combination of layers of carpet, vinyl tile, floor adhesive, or other material that may contain asbestos within the middle northern locker room.
