Date: May 07, 2021 The 673d Contracting Squadron is contemplating a construction award for repairing an aircraft hangar door at building 10286 on Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson (JBER), AK. The anticipated objective of this requirement is to return hangar door #3 to operational service. All work is to be performed by certified/licensed technicians with experience repairing or installing aircraft hangar door systems. IAW FAR 36.204(a), Disclosure of Magnitude of Construction Projects, the estimated price range of this project is less than $25,000. It is anticipated that this procurement will be a 100% Small Business Set-Aside with a size standard of $39.5M. NAICS: 236220 PSC/FSC: Z2BZ Size Standard: $39,500,000. Any prospective sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the agency. The solicitation package will be available only through Electronic Posting System (EPS) and is anticipated to be posted on or about 25 May 2021 on the beta.SAM.gov web page. All proposals will be due on or about 24 June 2021. Paper copies and paper proposals will not be accepted. Once the solicitation is posted, it will then become the responsibility of the interested parties to review this site frequently for any updates/amendments to any and all documents.
