On behalf of CIO G-6, ACC-RI seeks to purchase the ISC2 vouchers and annual maintenance fee tokens. This acquisition addresses the procurement of ISC2 CAP Vouchers, CISSP Vouchers, and CISSP Annual Maintenance Tokens. These vouchers and renewal tokens will be used by personnel to maintain their required cybersecurity certifications in the specialty category of Information Assurance Manager levels I, II, and III. This is a DOD and Army requirement. Compliance with the requirement to get certified is reported through the Federal Information Security Modernization Act (FISMA) submission each year to the Department of Defense and Office of Personnel Management. Without the vouchers and tokens, personnel will not be able to comply with FISMA and DOD CIO mandates and put them at risk of not being properly credentialed to carry out their network protection duties, putting the network and the Army's information at risk. The RFQ for this requirement will be posted on 21 August 2020 shortly after the closing of this announcement.
