The 87th Contracting Squadron (87 CONS) - Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst (JB MDL), NJ is conducting market research to determine the existence of interested Small Business sources for North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code 238220 – Plumbing, Heating, and Air-Conditioning Contractors. The small business size standard is $19M. The purpose of this Sources Sought notice is to obtain information on qualified and experienced contractors interested in providing proposals. The work consists of providing labor, material, equipment, and supervision necessary to inspect, test, troubleshoot, construct, install, maintain, repair, and replace Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning, Refrigeration (HVACR) equipment, systems, sub systems, hydraulic systems, pumps, motors, piping systems, pipe insulation, fuel systems, miscellaneous plumbing, and fixtures.
