Request for Information (RFI) - JWCC UCM Premier CSO Catalog
This RFI seeks to assess vendor capability to provide the full catalog of DISA provisionally authorized (PA) cloud service offerings (CSOs) for the JWCC Unified Cloud Marketplace (UCM), which will function as a single, unified solution supporting PA CSOs from approved cloud service providers. The marketplace is structured into three tiers: Tier 1 for hyperscalers, Tier 2 for Everything-as-a-Service (SaaS, PaaS, and non-hyperscale IaaS), and Tier 3 for commercial innovators and small businesses with PA-standard offerings. The approach aims to create a comprehensive marketplace that promotes competition, accelerates access to cutting-edge capabilities, and ensures equitable participation from qualified industry partners. While a final submission response date has been established, respondents are highly encouraged to submit their responses as soon as they are complete to assist the Government's ongoing planning efforts.
