This is a Request for Information (RFI) for a potential new requirement called JWCC Next. JWCC Next is intended to expand the current DoD enterprise cloud contract while identifying gaps in the current strategy and leveraging additional cloud capabilities to include Anything as a Service (XaaS) across the Department. The JWCC Next contract will provide the Department XaaS, at all classification levels, from the strategic level to the tactical edge, to include Disconnected, Disrupted, Intermittent and Limited Connectivity (DDIL) environments and closed loop networks.

This opportunity is for the JWCC Unified Cloud Marketplace (UCM), a single solution supporting consumption of authorized cloud service offerings from approved providers across three tiers: Hyperscalers, Everything-as-a-Service, and Commercial Innovators & Small Businesses. The current draft Performance Work Statement (PWS) covers only the first phase for the hyperscale contract, with details on Tiers 2 and 3 to follow later.
