This requirement is to procure annual maintenance for the existing VC Wizard software that currently resides on the network. This maintenance allows government personnel to maintain its video conferencing capabilities. The warranty would allow the government to obtain maintenance services to address technical issues, troubleshoot, prevent lapses in service, and to restore systems back to a fully operational state. The technical services will include software bug fixes, upgrades, and patches. The expected award type is a firm-fixed-price contract with one (1) base year and four (4) option years (PoP: 9/30/22 - 9/29/27). This solicitation is for a brand name product only; no substitutes or equivalents will be considered for award. Offerors are encouraged to submit their best and final pricing for this requirement. The offeror shall provide a quote for the requested item as outlined in the CLIN structure shown in the attached solicitation.
