The required enterprise-wide solution must include a certified aeronautical database, Flight Information Publications, an Electronic Flight Bag application suite, and worldwide flight planning tools. The contractor must provide 24/7 technical support and ensure all data and services are accessible to authorized users across the Department of War and other U.S. Government agencies.
