The required solution must include a Type 1 LOA-certified aeronautical database, associated Flight Information Publications (FLIP), an Electronic Flight Bag (EFB) application suite, and worldwide flight planning tools to support all Department of War aviation entities. The solution must achieve a minimum Impact Level of IL-6, ensure Section 508 compliance, and include 24/7 technical support.
