This requirement will provide Hardware Maintenance Agreements (HMA) and coverage to ensure coordinate measuring machines (CMM) are performing as necessary to accommodate workload requirements preventing work stoppage. The source must have the technical expertise, knowledge, and training necessary to repair CMMs with Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) certification. Technicians thoroughly trained and knowledgeable in the operation and maintenance of the equipment specified shall perform all work in a manner consistent with industry practices.
