This requirement is to maintain FlightAnalyst Expert for three (3) perpetual software licenses with the latest patches, fixes and updates. In addition, this effort is for on-site support services for the three (3) licenses. FlightAnalyst Expert is a software package comprised of FlightViz and FlightAnalyst, which allows the T-45 Fleet Support Team (FST) to provide direct analysis and feedback of T-45 aircraft flight data to Aircraft Mishap Boards, Training Wing Leadership, and Chief of Naval Air Training (CNATRA). The FlightAnalyst software uses data loaders, models, and analysis packages, modified and built for T-45 flight data. The FlightAnalyst software integrates T-45 flight data and provides the ability to analyze and report on operations, safety trends, and metrics. The FlightViz software provides visualization and playback of an aircraft in any given flight regime.

In addition, this effort is for on-site support services for the three licenses. The FlightViz software provides visualization and playback of an aircraft in any given flight regime. The contractor must perform the maintenance support between the hours of 6:00am and 2:30pm EST, perform a site visit once per year for three days, and provide technical support in accordance with the End User License Agreement (EULA).
