Interested contractors will be required to submit a complete technical data package which will be forwarded to the Engineering Support Activity for review. DLA Troop Support is in the process of developing a solicitation for the referenced item for an IDPO contract. This is for the purpose of market research only and the Government is in no way obligated to purchase any material as a result of this inquiry.
