This is a sources sought notice to assess the availability and technical capability of businesses to provide sustainment and enhancement services for the Wideband Resource Management System (WRMS). The system supports strategic satellite network control and planning for Defense Satellite Communications and Wideband Global Satellite Communications, enabling anomaly detection and resolution via radio frequency measurement comparisons. The effort will sustain the current fielded version (WRMS v3.x), implement user-driven enhancements, and continue addressing software backlog items. It builds on a government-owned, hardware-agnostic software solution originally developed to support the WGS-11 satellite and all prior WGS satellites.
