USAWHC G-6 is seeking information from potential small and large businesses, including small disadvantaged, 8(a), service-disabled veteran-owned, HUBZone, and woman-owned small businesses, for comprehensive ITSM support for WCCS. The command is the Army’s theater-level headquarters supporting U.S. Northern Command and U.S. Southern Command across North America, Latin America, and the Caribbean. Required support includes C2, Unified Communications, Audio/Visual, and enterprise IT capabilities, with scope covering program management, service desk/IMO, data center and network operations, asset accountability, knowledge management, and full-spectrum cybersecurity such as RMF/ATO sustainment, vulnerability management, incident response, and COMSEC accountability. Performance spans HQ USAWHC at Fort Liberty/Camp Mackall, Joint Base San Antonio, and associated remote/Deployable Communications Element locations.
