The Defense Information Technology Contracting Organization, (DITCO-PS8321), Scott Air Force Base, Illinois, intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with K2 Telecom, Inc. doing business as The Wallace Group sole source provider, 414 Main ST STe 205, Port Jefferson, NY 11777, USA, for the procurement of Worksoft Certify for SAP software licenses renewal. The statutory authority for other than full and open competition is 10 USC 2304(c)(1), only one responsible source and no other supplies and services will satisfy agency requirements. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to provide Worksoft Certify for SAP software licenses renewal by submitting clear evidence that they are an authorized reseller, and their capability to provide/perform within 3 days of the posting of this notice.
