Added "HVAC Units Replacement Detail" attachment. -Added "HC102823R0045 HVAC Solicitation Amd_1", which addes site visit instructions for interested vendors. -Added "Questions and Answers R0" document. You must submit a Document Access request. The Access Request Link is located below the Attachments/Links header. The HVAC LCR project will require the following tasks: A project plan that provides a descriptive operation for time management, removal, disposal, replacement and install. Replacement of all systems will require coordination with the Government in order to project the proper scheduling for personnel directly involved in the LCR and those within the buildings if required for relocation. Pre-inspection identification of LCR location may be necessary prior to replacement if systems are not interchangeable or if system upgrades have specific requirements and modifications unforeseen to the Government. The contractor shall have all 16 HVAC LCRs completed within 12 months of award.
