The purpose of this contract is to provide augmentation of information technology support to AMC/A6 and the 375th Communications Squadron in support of their customers as described below. Specific deliverable requirements include: Support of operational of unclassified and classified Local Area Network (LAN) infrastructure support 24 hours per day, seven days per week; Support of replacement efforts of unclassified and classified Local Area Network (LAN) infrastructure support for AMC HQ/A6. Support of operational changes to the networks consistent with Operations and Maintenance (O&M) efforts; Provide support in the testing and evaluation of new products as assigned by the 375 CS; Support in the design of future network systems and architectures; Support communications management functions including technical assistance with the installation, implementation, configuration, and integration of projects; Provide technical security guidance for classified and unclassified LANs, and other C&I concerns to include detection and correction of viruses and other security hazards, as well as user security training; Support the protocols and applications listed in Appendix 2, Section I and Appendix 3.
