This is a request for quote from the sole... COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION FOR A SOLE SOURCE AWARD for Rocket Software support PoP of 10/1/22 - 09/30/23. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. This is a request for quote from the sole source OEM for Rocket SW. This is an annual maintenance which includes support for Rocket Software. The resulting purchase order will be a sole source award for one base year. The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intents to solicit and negotiate with only one source. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quatiation, which shall be considered by the agency no later than 11:15 AM EST on 22 September 2022. Supporting evidence must be furnished in sufficient detail to demonstrate the contractor's capabilities and the ability to comply with above requirement. Responses received will be evaulated; however, a determination by the Government not to compete the proposed procurement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Contracting Officer.
