This requirement is to renew Engineering Software Research & Development (ESRD) Stress Check software support for Fleet Readiness Center Southeast. The period of performance is September 1, 2022 through August 31, 2023, with three one-year option periods. The Defense Information Technology Contracting Organization intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with Engineering Software Research and Development, Inc. to renew the required ESRD software support. The statutory authority for other than full and open competition is 10 USC 2304(c)(1), only one responsible source and no other supplies and services will satisfy agency requirements. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability by submitting clear evidence that they are an authorized reseller, and their capability to provide/perform within 3 days of the posting of this notice. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. Suppliers may provide correspondence via email at the following address: elizabeth.a.bono.civ@mail.mil. All responsible sources will be considered for evaluating the determination to issue a sole source purchase order. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
