This is a SOURCES SOUGHT ANNOUNCEMENT to determine the availability and technical capability of small businesses, Small Disadvantaged Businesses, Certified 8(a), Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses, HUBZone Small Businesses and Woman Owned Small Businesses to provide the required products and/or services. The Joint Regional Security Stack (JRSS) Program Management Office (PMO) is seeking information for potential sources for to assist the JRSS PMO support staff with Congressional, Strategic Planning, and Acquisition activities required to support a Major DoD IT Initiative equivalent to an ACAT IT Level 1AM Program. The primary tasks of this effort will include studies, analysis, and generation of Congressional and DoD level products for the JRSS PMO’s effort to accommodate the Congressional, Federal, DoD directives levied on the JRSS PMO to execute across the DoD. These efforts will require SME level support with the evolving effort to synchronize and improve DoD cyber enterprise services capabilities, and evolve current capabilities to support emerging requirements from the Department-wide JIE and Cyber Capabilities implementation. The anticipated timeframe of this effort will be 2022 – 2023 and the work shall be performed on-site upon telework posture guidance from the Government COR, at DISA (Government) facilities – At the Acquisition Building or other locations within the DISA Campus located at 6914 Cooper Avenue, Fort Meade MD 20755. With approval from the Government (COR), the contractor may work at the contractor’s facility and/or telework.
