The contractor shall also provide specialized expertise and support services for planning, study, design, and development of DISA proposed SFOC and DODIN terrestrial infrastructure systems. This work shall include complex special studies, assessments, surveys, cost estimation, acquisition planning, and implementation in support for Agency mission requirements.

This is a PRE-SOLICITATION SYNOPSIS; it is not a solicitation announcement; thus, this synopsis does not solicit for proposals and no contract will be awarded based on this synopsis. The purpose of this synopsis is to alert the public that the DISA/Defense Information Technology Contracting Organization (DITCO) Scott Field Office intends to procure services which provide, develop, implement the processes, procedures, and methods of procedures, and operations and sustainment of DISA owned and operated SFOC systems and related terrestrial infrastructure. The contractor shall also provide specialized expertise and support services for planning, study, design, and development of DISA proposed SFOC and DODIN terrestrial infrastructure systems. This work shall include complex special studies, assessments, surveys, cost estimation, acquisition planning, and implementation in support for Agency mission requirements. The anticipated period of performance will be a 1-year base period and four 1-year option periods.
