A blanket purchase agreement (BPA) was established with ViaSat, the original equipment manufacturer (OEM), utilizing the GSA Information Technology (IT) Schedule 70, Special Item Number (SIN) 132-8. Orders under this BPA will be awarded as firm-fixed-price delivery orders to ViaSat.
