The Defense Information System Agency (DISA)/ Defense Information Technology Contracting Organization (DITCO) awarded a sole source bridge task order (TO) to Trowbridge & Trowbridge, 1430 Spring Hill Road, Suite 200, McLean Virginia 22201-3014 on May 31, 2019. An undefinitized contract action (UCA) was awarded using Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) Subpart 217-74 procedures. Pursuant to DFARS 217.7403, the UCA was utilized because a definitized contract action was not possible in sufficient time to meet the Government's requirements. The Government's need demanded that the contractor be given a binding commitment so that contract performance could immediately begin. The TO has a six-month PoP from June 1, 2019 through December 31, 2019.
