The contract will include preventative maintenance (PM), service and repair related to heating, ventilation, air conditioning (HVAC), air-handling units (AHU's), fan terminal units (FTU's), variable air volume (VAV's), package computer room air conditioning units (PAC's), roof top unit, heat pumps, water boilers, exhaust fans, pumps, unit heaters (UH's), cabinet unit heaters (CUH's) building controls system (BAS), piping, ductwork, evaporative coolers, water treatment, uninterrupted power supply (UPS), batteries, phone switch batteries, power distribution units (PDU's), water detection, site monitoring software, and all the above mentioned equipment and associated parts of those systems
