The Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA)/Emergency Communications Division (ECD) is seeking information from industry to assist with the development and planning of a potential new requirement for the Next Generation Priority Services (NGN PS) and Priority Telecommunications Services (PTS) programs. Together, these programs provide the national security and emergency preparedness (NS/EP) priority communications, under all circumstances, when network congestion or damage renders conventional communications ineffective. Interested parties are requested to respond to the questions in this RFI. Please see the attached RFI for more information.
