This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial supplies prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 and using the procedures of FAR Part 13--Simplified Acquisition Procedures, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The solicitation number is W81K00-23-Q-0077 and it is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). This announcement constitutes the only RFQ that will be posted. This document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2023-02 and the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement Publication Notice (DPN) 20230322. This solicitation is for a full service on-site maintenance for a Slide Stainer SN: SG1939A002 for William Beaumont Army Medical Center, El Paso, Texas The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 811210 with a size standard of $34 million. This acquisition is conducted full and open competition. Solicitation incorporates by reference FAR 52.212-1, 52.212-2, 52.212-3, 52.212-4 & 52.212-5 are attached. Addenda are attached. Offers are due on or before 24 May 2023/12:00 PM Mountain Time. Offers received after this date and time will be considered untimely and not eligible for award.
