The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source for kits to build new Versatile Diagnostic Automated Test Stations (VDATS) systems. The proposed contract will be for five years, including a base year with four ordering periods. This is a follow-on requirement to a previous contract awarded to National Instruments Corporation. The Original Equipment Manufacturer for the required parts is National Instruments Corporation in Austin, Texas.
