This project is for the replacement of an existing boiler with new boiler, new flue, re-vent existing water heater and replace 3 each inline existing water pumps with inline strainers to new boiler. The end result desired is a new fully functional boiler and re-vented water heater in building 48010 Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson. In accordance with FAR 36.204(a) Magnitude on Construction Projects, the price range of this project is anticipated to be less than $25,000.
