The contractor will provide all labor and services to generate and deliver one-engine inoperative departure data for specified military aircraft, enhancing operational weights and safe escape routings. A web-based takeoff performance system will be designed using each manufacturer’s algorithms, with data delivered via internet, email, or direct-to-aircraft methods. Supported aircraft include the C-5M, KC-46, C-17, KC-135, C-130J, C-37A, C-21A, and E-3, with possible additions or removals. All contract work will be performed at the contractor’s facility.
