Flight Manager Training Solicitation

This contract is for a comprehensive Flight Manager training program, including FAA Aircraft Dispatcher certification, for 618th AOC personnel. The contractor must develop, schedule, document, and update all training materials and track personnel qualifications. Performance of services will support the 24/7 global operations of the 618 AOC, with training to be provided to all three shifts as required. The scope includes maintaining training facilities and computer workstations. The contractor will also coordinate training from other vendors and manage software access for all trainees.
