This is a notice of intent that the Operational Maintenance Division at Robins, AFB, Georgia (AFSC/PZIMA) anticipates issuing a Request for Proposal (RFP) where the contractor shall provide all parts, labor, equipment, materials, travel and services for the calibration and preventive maintenance for the compact indoor and outdoor antenna/radome test facility equipment in support of the Electronic Maintenance Group (EMXG) at Robins Air Force Base, Georgia. The compact indoor and outdoor ranges include Ranges 1-5, 9, and ALM-266. (ALM-266 is preventative maintenance only). This is a sole source requirement to NSI-MI Technologies, Inc. The USG intends to award a basic year plus four (4) annual option years. We anticipate awarding one (1) Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) definitive contract. A solicitation will be issued on or around 23 Sept 2024 directly to NSI-MI Technologies, Inc. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. No foreign companies will be permitted to participate.
