The Government is conducting market research to identify potential sources that are able to provide one (1) 450 Ton Air-Cooled Chiller System Lease for one (1) Basic year and three (3) option years. Details on Chiller System are as follows: Model Number: YVAA0500JMF46BAVMXXXSAXLXXXX6044ROTXXS205X1SXGA2BBXF5XXXXXXXXK1SXX Serial Number: 11551B84759852 At the end of the contract, the contractor shall disconnect the chiller system, load their equipment, and remove their equipment (along with the flatbed trailer) from Robins AFB. Contract will include round-trip freight and maintenance and repairs for system. Contractor to provide chill water hoses with adapting flanges and provide electrical wiring with connections to connect to on-site building transformer. Contractor shall confirm all measurements and ensure all materials will connect and fit existing openings. On-site voltage is 480V and contractor must ensure system is compatible with the on-site electrical supply. The contractor is responsible for providing all material handling equipment that they require. If a crane is required and approved for construction on Robins AFB, store the crane in such a manner as to not pose a hazard to flight operations. Please see the attached PWS for full details.
