With this change the closing is now November 4, 2024 at 11 am CST. If you have already submitted please update your quote. Addendum #1; A site visit is scheduled for 10/21/24 at 10:30 AM CST; Report at Bldg 72 (Visitor Center) to get sponsored in. Attached is a Base Pass application. The top portion needs to be completed and emailed to betty.kliewer.ctr@us.af.mil as soon as possible. A bus will leave the visitor centor at 10:30 to transport to the sites. ASRC Federal Field Services, LLC (further mentioned as AFFS) on behalf of the 71st MSG, is seeking to obtain Request for Quotes for the installation of 24 SM FOC to provide Network Connectivivity to Bldg 415 located at Vance AFB, OK, 73705, This will be awarded as a Firm Fixed Price, techincally exceptable, least cost to the government. Award will be based on government approved funding, and AFFS nor the Government will be liable for any cost associated with bids or cancellation of this solisitation. All quotes will need to include Materail Cost, Labor Cost and Delivery and must be priced according to the attached Statement of Work (SOW) to the full intent. All bids are due NLT Oct 28, 2024 at 11AM CST and can be emailed to betty.kliewer.ctr@us.af.mil. No late offers will be accepted or considered. Offerors must be registered in SAM.gov at the time of award. Questions will need to be submitted via email to betty.kliewer.ctr@us.af.mil on the attached Q/A form NLT 10/15/24 at 10AM CST.
