Defense Logistics Agency Troop Support (DLATS) intends to issue a Request for Proposal (RFP) for the acquisition of NSN 7025-01-679-2129. The approved sources of manufacture for the item is LAUREL TECHNOLOGIES PARTNERSHIP / DRS (0ERB9). The required P/N for NSN 7025-01-679-2129 is LT-C-0206-00. Offerers interested in supplying other than exact product(s) must submit a complete Technical Data Package (TDP) with their proposal for evaluation and approval. The RFP will be posted on the DLA Internet Bid Board System (DIBBS) no sooner than November 22, 204. The procurement will be for a fixed price, single award contract. The contract shall be awarded under FAR Part 15– Contracting by Negotation. This acquisition will be unrestricted. Incoterms will be determined at the time of solicitation. All proposals must include a copy of a completed solicitation with a firm-fixed price. All responsible sources must submit a proposal which shall be considered by the agency. Copies of the solicitation will not become available until the solicitation issue date. Copies will be made available on the DLA Internet Bid Board System (DIBBS) at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil.
