Total Small Business Set-Aside (FAR 19.5)

This is a request for potential manufacturers to submit information to become an approved source for a specific part. The Government does not own the technical data for this part, making it uneconomical to competitively acquire it from new sources. Companies wishing to qualify must submit a detailed Source Approval Request (SAR) package to demonstrate their ability to manufacture an item of equal or better quality than the current approved sources. All information must be provided directly to the Contract Specialist by the specified response date.
