Seeking a web-based platform that is customizable to the needs of the DLA Installation Management at Susquehanna Police Department. Platform must provide training topics, reference materials, and resources that assist in establishing current and future initial, developmental, and annual training that is approved by the Municipal Police Officers' Education and Training Commission in Pennsylvania. These topics need to be able to address a range of experience and focuses and be available 24/7. Platform must allow multiple licenses to be ordered for all needed personnel.
