Item manufacturers name, address, and telephone number. C. Manufacturers item part number. D. Procuring document for the item (to include the quantity and date ordered) E. The contractor shall prepare and provide as part of the first article inspection and upon request of any government inspector, a certificate of conformance for the ultimate strength test. Exterior container: Each cargo net shall be packed in a corrugated fiberboard box, size 21 inches by 17 inches by 9 inches, minimum burst strength 350 psi, and shall be in compliance with the Uniform Freight Classification and the National Motor Freight Classification. Suppliers capable of furnishing these items must so indicate by email at matthew.eckenrode@dla.mil. The contractor will be required to manufacture these items and satisfy the Government’s delivery requirements. Responses to this survey must include documentation citing the following: -Contractor’s experience demonstrating the capability to meet the Government’s requirements in producing products that meet all performance requirements, and that are physically and functionally interchangeable with presently identified item. -Quality Standard (Government or Industry) that shall be in place for this effort. -Past Performance for the same or similar items. The contractor shall submit their part numbers, NSN, or nomenclature and the date of the last manufacturing effort of the same or similar items for which they have production experience. Government contract numbers, if applicable, shall be provided. -The contractor must provide information to show it possesses, or shall possess, adequate production plant facilities (equipment, tooling, and space) to enable it, or its subcontractors, to meet production delivery requirements for these items.
