These items a... DLA Troop Support is requesting information from sources of supply for PARTS KIT,REGULATOR used in the RESCUE AND SURVIVAL EQUIPMENT system. The NSNs are 4240015428151 and 4240015428152. These items are to be manufactured in accordance with the issued specifications and drawings. Classification Code: 42 NAICS 339113 – “Surgical Appliance and Supplies Manufacturing” This is a "sources sought" notice, not a Request for Proposal (RFP). This is a Request for Information (RFI) as defined in FAR 15.201(e). Reponses to this RFI are not offers and cannot be accepted by the Government to form a binding contract. The anticipated acquisition will be a 5-year Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract. Any resulting solicitation will be issued in accordance with FAR Part 15, Negotiation by Contracting. Detailed technical data for the manufacture or acceptance of this item is available from DLA. Suppliers capable of furnishing this item must so indicate by email to joel.dalafave@dla.mil. The contractor will be required to manufacture this item, conduct acceptance tests in accordance with the technical performance specification, and satisfy the Government’s substantial delivery requirements. Responses to this survey must include documentation citing the following: -Contractor’s experience demonstrating the capability to meet the Government’s requirements in producing products that meet all performance requirements, and that are physically and functionally interchangeable with presently identified item. -Quality Standard (Government or Industry) that shall be in place for this effort. -Past Performance for the same or similar items. The contractor shall submit their part numbers, NSN, or nomenclature and the date of the last manufacturing effort of the same or similar items for which they have production experience. Government contract numbers, if applicable, shall be provided. -The contractor must provide information to show it possesses, or shall possess, adequate production plant facilities (equipment, tooling, and space) to enable it, or its subcontractors, to meet production delivery requirements for these items.
