The Department of the Navy (the “Navy”) requires space to provide full-time administrative work space for approximately 35 permanent staff and to conduct military reserve training two (2) weekends per month for approximately 400 Reservist. The Navy, through Naval Facilities Engineering Command Southeast (NAVFAC SE), seeks to gather information on properties and facilities available for a potential future lease to meet these requirements and to understand the questions and concerns of potential participants. NAVFAC SE requests an expression of interest from entities (lessors, developers, contractors, teams, consortiums, joint ventures, etc.) capable of leasing, managing, financing, permitting, planning, repairing, protecting, and maintaining warehouse/training space in a manner compatible with and supportive of NOSC Orlando’s mission and operations.
